Insurance Verification

horizontal rule

Are you sure the people you are dealing with have their own insurance? Are you a landlord, a lender, or for whatever reason do you have lots of people (non-customers) coming onto your property? If so, you may want to be sure that they are insured. If they aren't, and they cause some damage, you can be on the hook--and that can get expensive.

We can be sure. Our state-of-the-art insurance certificate tracking can confirm insurance of third parties, helping to lower your potential liability to third party claims and your insurance costs.

What information do we need? In order to verify insurance on a third party, we need to know certain things about him or her:

 bullet Name.
 bullet Address
 bullet Telephone Number
bullet Tax ID or Social Security Number (as unique identifier, since some names are the same!)
 bullet Insurance Agency Name
 bullet Insurance Agency Address
 bullet Insurance Agency Telephone Number

That's it! We'll contact the insurance agency, get proper evidence of insurance, and verify that information to you. Then, when the policy comes up for renewal, we'll automatically contact the insurance agency again, and confirm that there is still insurance in place.

You gain in two big ways: Your insurance costs are lowered, since you'll be able to prove that all of these subcontractors have insurance, and the hassle of dealing with all that paperwork--and follow-up telephone calls--and more telephone calls--and more paperwork--is taken out of your staff's hands. Your staff will then be free to do what they do best--run your business!
